Israeli society is explored through the prism of Beitar Jerusalem, a soccer team that hired its first Muslim players in 2012, inciting the rage of the team’s nationalist supporters. As racism sends the club spiraling out of control, what emerges is a disturbing portrait of how money, mob-mentality and identity politics can test democratic values.
